Restaurants | Happy Anniversary, Hollys!

Hi, everyone! Today, I'm at Hollys Coffee, a korean-owned cafe on Taft corner Castro (One Archer's Place), enjoying a grande Yuza Blossom Iced Tea--yeah, I'm cutting back on caffeine--that cost me P70 bucks, the least I've ever paid for anything at Hollys. Because it's their first year anniversary today, Hollys' Taft branch is practically giving the drinks away: all their drinks are 50% off! 

Because I love Hollys Coffee, I decided to put this up to thank them for how good they've been to me--their baristas and waiters/waitresses are always nice and even-tempered. Also, they know how to reward their customers and that is always, always a good thing. ;) So yeah, Happy Anniversary Hollys! It means a lot to be able to stay open for a year on fickle-minded Taft Avenue; I wish you more birthdays to come. :)

Brightside Entry | Crazy is the Forecast

Spent the morning brainstorming with my darling friend Trizha, who is the artist behind everything on here and over at the store. We spent the morning talking about our ideas, plans (oh, yes, we have a lot of these) and projects for these next few months. There is nothing like a morning spent gabbing over pretty things, creative impulses and exciting events over caffeinated drinks (tea for Trizha, a cafe mocha for yours truly) at Hollys. 

Today is turning out to be a pretty good day and much, much easier than I expected--I passed chemistry, for one so yay! Below are a couple of photos that you might enjoy!
