As I am typing this, I just finished exercising and am sitting in front of our Bravia widescreen TV with my legs crossed and a tea tree oil clay mask on my face. Everyone is asleep and the house is quiet. Exercising at night is one of my favorite things. <33 I usually do it while watching one of my favorite shows or movies--it used to be 13 Going On 30 and then Grey's Anatomy. And the thing that I love about exercise is that it is probably one of the most inexpensive endorphin fixes you can get. It also helps me sleep at night (I'm quite the insomniac) and does wonders for my complexion.
Also, I'm petite so I have to stay within my body mass index. :) I don't think it suits me to be very skinny (it makes my teeth look big) but I also don't like being any heavier than I am so yeah: I try to exercise at least four to five times a week. I do 5-10 minutes of warm-up exercises--various rotations, alternate splits and lunges, followed by 10-15 minutes of jogging/briskwalking on the treadmill and 25 minutes of yoga; that's a total of roughly 45-50 minutes a day. :D
It's just so refreshing. :) Hay. I had a pretty good day today--I met with Keavin then Ina & Marz later on--and this seems like the perfect way to end it. :)
Goodnight, everyone!
Also, a short P.S. to the winners of the previous giveaways: forgive me for the delays in shipping, the weather has been crazy! I will send your parcels as soon as I can. :)
Yay health! :D I walk and jog on the treadmill with incline for an hour because 15 mins. isn't enough to make me break a sweat! Also because most of the time I have to get rid of excess energy. Yoga is also super effective. :D
