Brightside Entry | Hungover Happiness

Today began with me waking up to find myself under my friend Ron's dining table. :)) I was dying of thirst and as I struggled through the darkness of an apartment littered with the sleeping bodies of party-exhausted friends, I realized that a) it was only 4:00 am and b) everyone was still asleep. So I headed down to 711 to buy water before proceeding to drink about 2 liters of the stuff and contemplate why I was awake at four in the morning--all in the dark, mind you.

We had one of the funnest dance-y goofy party chill out things at Ron's apartment yesternight and I was the first one to go under because I lost almost every round of pusoy dos (a card game, for my readers who aren't from the Philippines). The night was spent playing cards, drinking (Yakult + Jinro), dancing to Lady Gaga/Foster the People/Young The Giant (a band our friend Noel introduced to us). Later on in the night, we headed out to Bagnet, this restaurant/cafe nearby for some beer and a midnight snack (if you can call Bagnet that). :))

Anyway, yeah--fell asleep under the table, on this heavenly soft carpet. I am exhausted, but damn that was worth it! :D Snapshots from last night below. Enjoy!

 I've decided to start collecting cheers photos. They're just so feel-good--and are hardly ever the same thing.

 The loser had to down these mini-mugs filled with equal parts Jinro and Yakult. Huh. Loser is spelled W-I-N-A by the fates, apparently.

 I would pay good money to remember what it was that they were looking at. Lady Gaga? Young The Giant?

 Trizha decided to take the phrase "sharing artwork with friends" to another level. Also--after a certain point I think I just started spiking all the drinks. That coke had some Jinro in it too.

 After a while, Ron decided to become a magician--and the worst one at that. 

"Is this your card?" 

"No." 

"Okayyy, how about this?" 

"No."

 I must explain: Ron has a pair of really nice red pants. And I watched The Little Mermaid a lot as a young girl--so yeah. Inhibitors inhibited and there you have it!

Hrrrm. I don't know about you, but I think I could give the sultan of Agrabah a run for his money. :)) Obviously, I am not the best person to talk to about different ways to wear your jeans. :))
