The rainy season has got me thinking about lots of things. While on most days I tend to lean toward all things woodland fairy, the rainy days have got me going toward something a little more collected. I've been in love with all things button-down lately. I've also been using the hell out of my MAC lipstick that comes in a sort of maroon-berry red much like the YSL one in the photo below. I find that berry tones go really, really well with the grayness of this season. I've also been looking for really good low-heeled boots. The ones I've got are mostly party boots--pairs that are too high for everyday wear and that I only ever wear to parties where walking is minimal. :) Here are a couple of moodboards to illustrate what I mean!
