There Is A Season

Turn, turn, turn. Do you guys know that old song? :)) It always makes me feel nostalgic about the seasons changing. And again, the seasons are turning (here in Manila, anyway where we really only get two seasons--monsoon mania or dry as a dessert); last night, as I was heading home from dinner with my brother, the rain started pouring.

It's that transition time between summer and monsoon season. Because of that, I decided that today I'd better be prepared for both rain and shine--I'm wearing a sheer, very presko top and cotton pants + comfortable wedges so my feet don't get wet (especially because I'm in the Taft area and the floods can get pretty high here).

Wearing: sheer top | thrifted, cotton trousers | Terranova, silver platforms | vintage, necklace | Lula Bop's

Also, because I am a huge fan of the effect overexposure has on photographs, I decided to do a little sun experiment in our yard this morning and I just love that dreamy effect that sunlight has on photographs. <33
