...and that's from a The National song "Karen" that I would most likely get killed for singing out loud in my parents' house so Google the lyrics if you're interested.
Today is another day at the office. No rest for the weekend. Also, Chemistry test tomorrow so I will spend the whole day studying which means my outfit post will probably be posted either later or earlier than usual. Anyway--enough complaining.
Today, I'm wearing a feather-print light knit top that I got off of Lula Bop's, my black (and favorite) Freego jeans, a gray beanie that my aunt from NYC got me and my vintage silver platforms: okay, I know, I gave up on the Summer Sneaker challenge. I couldn't do it. My outfits were boring me to death. There's only so much a girl can wear with sneakers. I'm also wearing jewelry from C & M, a vintage bangle and my nautical bracelet from Things That Matter. I'm going to do a "Favorite Things" jewelry post soon so yeah, that's why I'm not including those here. :D
I would also like to express my excitement for Holy Week. I'm not usually the type of person who gears up for Holy Week just because it's usually my family arguing while travelling from church to church where my mother insists we hear confession (nothing against the Church, but it's just not my thing). But this year, I hope will be different: we're going up to Baguio (which, for my dear followers who aren't from the Philippines, is a city up in the mountains toward the north of Luzon) and staying at a lodge there until Easter Sunday and then we're heading down to the beach to chill out by the sea until Monday. Holiday, holiday! Can't wait for this week to be over!
Your outfit is so cute, I love the print of your top and your shoes are amazing! now following :)
