Outfit of the Day: Audrey Hepburn Pearls

 Another office day today; I was listening to The Gaslight Anthem's "Meet Me By The River's Edge" and was again struck by that line that goes I was filled with fiery wonder, you wore Audrey Hepburn pearls, you were the only one who understood me then, you're the only one who will.

I love Audrey Hepburn and while any attempt at trying to replicate a look from her (because I do not have that body or that bone structure) would be futile, I think an attempt at that sort of elegance would definitely be worth the shot. Today I've got on a knit bat-wing sweater that tapers at the cuffs (from Terranova), pearl and glass necklace by Janice Concepcion, black jeans from Freego and plain black flats (can't remember where I bought them).
