70s Fashion

Talking about personal style (as seen on Janey's blog), I very much like 70s fashion. The silhouettes of clothing then seemed very natural and flattering to the body. Even hair and make up then were very simple; that contrasted with print and bold jewelry and furs and leather jackets is one of my favorite aesthetics. Mmmm. Photo inspiration below:

Of all these photos, this one is my favorite. I love everything that both Mary Kate and Ashley are wearing--the headband, the shades, the oversized sweater/jacket, the ring. I also love how they are styled, with the just-messy-enough hair and nude-pink make up.
