Giveaway | Pages Giveaway!

Okay, so first an explanation: the following books are books that I bought extra copies of because I'm a hoarder. The local titles were purchased at the International Book Fair of 2010 and again in 2011--because as I mentioned, I'm a hoarder and have a secret fear that if I don't get back ups of things like books, floods and fires are bound to destroy them one day when I'm not looking. But, yeah. It's a new year and I'd really love to encourage my readership to read, if they don't already. :) So here are five books that I'm giving away
Click under the cut to see the detailed titles, why I'm giving them away and how you can win all these five books!

This is a very, very interesting anthology centering around Filipino Mythology--which if you've ever been scared by any of the older people in your household as a child, you're bound to enjoy. Masasaya mga tikbalang ngayon, ulan-araw-ulan-araw. :)
This novel by Don DeLillo is very gray and centers around the events of 9/11. It's a grim but well-told novel. I didn't get to finish my copy, because I found it was a bit too sad for me (that's saying something) but I know a lot of people who would be intrigued by the novel.
I didn't get to finish this either, but the plot is very, very intriguing--it's about a man meeting someone who looks exactly like him. Orhan Pamuk has a voice that keeps you interested in what he's saying even when you can't quite relate to it in the beginning (this tale takes place at a different time, in a different place). This also won the Nobel Prize.
Now this, I did read. I'm a huge Lovely Bones fan so when this came out, I just had to have it (two of it, apparently). This book--this book. I won't say anything except it's a ride--not exactly an enjoyable one but one worth the go anyway, much like riding a roller coaster, I'd say.
This collection of short stories by Jose Dalisay is one that I couldn't believe they were selling for less than a hundred bucks at the International Book Fair so I got about 2 copies. Anyway, I really like Jose Dalisay's work--both his fiction and non-fiction. So yeah, I thought I'd give this away to spread the love. :)

Below is how you can win all these books! (Yes, these are all just going to one person and that person could be you!)
